Chaste tree berries made from Vitex agnus-castus berries a small, peppercorn-like fruit (chate berries whole) from a Mediterranean deciduous shrub with violet flowers. Our berries are ground into a fine powder with a distinct sage-pepper flavor. Traditionally used by women for hormonal support. You can mix into smoothies, water, or tea.
