How to Brew
- Traditional Method: Fill your mate gourd 2/3 full. Moisten with cool water first, then insert your bombilla and pour in hot (but not boiling) water—around 160°F to 180°F (approx. 70°C to 80°C). Sip and repeat!
- Standard Infusion: Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes depending on your desired strength, strain, and enjoy.
