It is a hardy herb that grows in wild fields. Long ago, people called it “Waybread” because it grew along paths. Travelers used it to keep their feet fresh and their bodies strong. Our leaves come from the clean hills of Albania. We dry them slowly to keep their natural goodness.
Suggested Use
Intended for further processing. Add 1 teaspoon (approximately 1 g) of Plantain Leaf to 8 ounces of hot water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain before use. Consume once daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
