Motherwort comes from the sunny fields of Bulgaria. People call it “Lion’s Heart.” This plant has a long history in Europe. It grows tall with mall pink flowers. Farmers harvest it carefully. Then, they dry it and cut it into small pieces. This makes it easy for you to use at home. It is a simple, old-way herb for a busy life.
Suggested Use:
Intended for further processing. Add 1 teaspoon (approximately 1.5 g) of Motherwort Herb to 8 fl oz of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain before use. Honey or mint may be added to taste.
