Orders for delivery within the conterminous 48 states are generally shipped via UPS or USPS within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. International orders may take additional processing time for Customs paperwork.
If you receive a damaged box or box that has damaged merchandise inside, please email us or call our customer service dept. and they will assist you.
If you are not satisfied with any product or service, please email or call our customer service department and have your invoice number available. All sales are final after 15 days of receipt.
We backorder out-of-stock items and we will ship them free of charge once available.

We are PCI compliant, which means your credit card is passed through a secure credit card processing portal. We never see or save your full credit card number. Rather, we only receive the last four digits for reference.
